SIFE BCIT CREATES: ESSENTIAL GUIDE TO THE CIVILIAN WORKFORCE

SIFE BCIT has created The Essential Guide to the Civilian Workforce, a workbook to help Reservists translate their military skills into civilian equivalencies, in addition to teaching Reservists various interviewing and professional skills. The project is a partnership between SIFE BCIT and the BCIT School of Business.

This is also the first book out of many more to come, since this particular book is specific to meet the needs of Reservists in the Canadian Forces. As the Honor House: Skills Conversion Program at BCIT grows to suit the needs of First Responders; new books will be made for each profession that comes into the program.
