The Lions Lair Project Youth Series will enter its inaugural year with the goal of directly addressing the critical situation in the Downtown Eastside. It will follow a similar format to that of the Lions Lair Project with an emphasis on overall wellness and success skills. SIFE BCIT will work with youth from the Downtown Eastside. Subject matter for these workshops is still being developed but topic suggestions have included: volunteerism, fitness and nutrition, educational program research, and career opportunities discovery.
